I have a personal question regarding citizenship status.
Is meeting the age requirements enough to be eligible for the contest?
Or is citizenship required whatsoever?

This essay contest is a global essay contest. It doesn't matter what country you are from. The only restriction or eligibility issue is the age range. 17 & under and 18-22
Every year we receive between 20-35% of the essays from outside the United States.
