Mothers and Their Children in Prison

This is a very interesting article on new programs being developed for children of women in prison. In Ohio, some children are allowed to stay with their mothers in prison until they are 18 months old. In Kentucky, there is a prison that has a nursery, but children do not live with their mothers.
